We may need proportionate evidence that you own the account. Do not include your password. Account deletion is different from canceling renewal; retention and backup limitations still apply.

Security reports

Describe the affected URL or feature, steps to reproduce and the possible impact. Use the smallest example you can. Do not access or disclose other users’ data or continue exploiting a vulnerability. Report an account compromise promptly through the same operator contact.

Independent complaints

If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved with RawBoard, you may ask Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs (PTAC) for assistance. Its guidance explains applicable out-of-court dispute procedures and access to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission. Eligibility depends on the dispute. Written consumer complaints normally require a response within 15 working days, with reasons for a refusal. Your right to seek a court remedy remains.

For a complaint about personal-data processing, you can contact Datu valsts inspekcija (Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate). Its page explains the complaint procedure and provides forms. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
