Cancel your next renewal
Open your account’s Subscription & tokens page, then Manage subscription. Stripe’s hosted portal lets you cancel paid renewal. Access normally continues until the already paid period ends. Check the portal’s confirmation and end date.
Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund or exercise a contract-withdrawal right. If the portal is unavailable, contact the operator before renewal so your cancellation can be handled.
Trials and friend codes
Trials never charge automatically. A friend code gives free access for its stated period and authorizes no card charge when it ends. Choose a paid plan yourself to continue. If you already have a paid plan, manage its renewal separately even after redeeming a code.
Your right to withdraw
Where EU consumer law applies, a remotely purchased service generally has a 14-day withdrawal period from contract conclusion. Merely opening RawBoard or using AI does not waive this right. Any lawful exception or proportionate charge for early service requires the applicable advance information and express request or consent.
Give an unambiguous withdrawal notice to the account administrator, joels through the channel where you received access, identifying your account and purchase. Refunds and service problems
For a duplicate or incorrect charge, a service problem, or another refund request, contact the account administrator, joels through the channel where you received access with your username, purchase date, amount and requested resolution. An invoice or transaction reference is useful; never send a full card number or security code.
Requests are assessed under applicable law and the purchase conditions. When a statutory withdrawal refund is due, the legal deadline and original-payment-method rules apply; EU withdrawal refunds are generally due within 14 days of notice. Other approved refunds go through the payment provider, and your bank controls when the credit appears.
Mandatory remedies for a defective or undelivered service remain available. There is no blanket “no refunds” policy.
