The service and operator
These terms cover RawBoard’s browser account, saved server tabs, device-rendered pages and page assistant. Privacy, Cookies, Acceptable use and Cancellation & refunds explain related rules. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these terms.
Accounts and age
The operator has not yet confirmed the minimum account age. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before registering, sharing personal information or purchasing a plan.
Use your own account and only website credentials you are authorized to use. Keep your RawBoard password private and tell the operator promptly if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Other users’ accounts and saved credentials must not be accessed or shared.
Browser behavior
Saved tabs are unlimited; server resources for live pages are limited. One server tab can stay active until server midnight. Up to three other background tabs stay focused for two minutes; another background tab replaces the oldest. Offloaded pages reload when reopened, so unsaved website changes may be lost.
Website compatibility can change, and some sites cannot be embedded or controlled. Detected games can run on your device; the server focus pin and live page context for AI are unavailable there. Downloads through the server browser are blocked. Separate device-browser tabs follow that browser’s own behavior.
AI assistance and responsible use
AI answers can be incorrect, incomplete or uncertain. Review them before use. Insert fills supported fields; you decide whether to submit. The helper does not guarantee a correct answer, grade or result and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Use AI only where a school, assessment, website or other relevant rule permits it. RawBoard does not grant access to restricted content or waive another website’s terms. Do not submit sensitive personal information to the assistant. See Acceptable use.
Trial, billing and friend codes
Pricing lists current monthly prices in euros, including taxes, and token allowances. Your account and checkout show the plan, amount and renewal period before purchase. A free trial needs no card and never automatically becomes paid. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.
Input context, questions, output and model reasoning count toward AI token usage. Allowances and spam controls limit requests; unused monthly tokens do not roll over. Paid allowances refresh after successful payment. Service access may pause if a trial, free grant, paid period or available allowance ends.
A friend code is single-use and grants its selected plan for one, three or six months, or until disabled for an open-ended grant. Your account shows the actual end date. A code authorizes no card charge and does not cancel an existing paid renewal. Free grants can be withdrawn by the administrator; paid consumer rights remain protected.
Cancellation, withdrawal and remedies
Cancel paid renewal through Subscription & tokens → Manage subscription. Paid access normally continues to the paid period’s end. Renewal cancellation, contract withdrawal and a refund request are different actions; see Cancellation & refunds.
If the service is defective or not supplied as legally required, applicable rights to correction, a price reduction, cancellation or a refund remain available. No “no refunds” rule, blanket liability exclusion or automatic withdrawal waiver applies.
Restrictions and service changes
RawBoard may temporarily restrict an account to stop abuse, a security incident or unlawful use, and may terminate serious or repeated violations. Where permitted, the operator explains the reason and a way to challenge an error. Contact the account administrator, joels through the channel where you received access for human review. Payment disputes and legally protected remedies are assessed separately.
Maintenance, website changes and outages can affect availability. Material changes to an existing paid plan or these terms must be communicated with any notice and cancellation rights required by law; publishing a new page alone does not remove those rights. Do not rely on a server tab for safety-critical activity.
Questions and disputes
Contact the account administrator, joels through the channel where you received access with your username, the issue and your requested resolution. Do not send passwords, API keys or full payment-card details. The operator’s country and business identity appear above when confirmed.
Consumers retain the protections and court access that mandatory law gives them, including applicable protections in their country of residence. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court. Any country-specific consumer dispute-resolution details must be completed once the operator’s location is confirmed.
